The person in charge of personal data processing (hereinafter “data controller”) of the online store www.kourtis.gr is the societe anonyme under the name with number GEMI 153203201000 and TIN 801271856, with mailing address: 6 Malakonta, Kifissia Attica, PC: 14564, Hellas, and email address: maroussi@kourtis.gr, which also has the status of Seller.
The rules for the processing of personal data (hereinafter the “Rules”) regulate the basic principles of collection, processing and storage of personal data, on which the data controller is based when processing the Customer’s personal data (visitor / registered user / buyer).
The operation of the online store is governed at the same time by the use of the currentCode of Ethics. Customer data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes, and is processed fairly and accurately. Personal data is processed by secure means to prevent such data from unlawful destruction, disclosure or other illegal activity.
The Customer agrees that the personal data he submits voluntarily at the time of the order ((either with registration or without registration on this website) will be processed for the purpose of selling products and services in the online store www.kourtis.gr and in accordance with these Rules.
When ordering the products, the Customer must indicate in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller the personal data necessary for the correct execution of the order: name, surname, delivery address, telephone and e-mail address.
By agreeing that his / her personal data will be processed for the purpose of selling products and services in the Seller ‘s online store, Customer also agrees to submit the e – mail address and telephone number that he / she determines in order for the messages necessary to complete the order to be sent to these contact details information.
The data controller recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each Customer who orders from the online store www.kourtis.gr. The data controller collects and uses the Customer’s personal data (name or surname, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided by the online store at the time of ordering) to process orders or fulfill other contractual obligations. The Customer may express his consent or disapproval of the use of his personal data for direct marketing purposes. It does this by selecting the “I agree that my personal data will be used for direct marketing” box. The Seller then sends a regular newsletter to the Customer’s email address. Each of this e-mail allows the Customer to unsubscribe from the newsletter [at the end of the newsletter there is an option “Unsubscribe (= Delete)”], so that the Customer stop receiving the newsletter, if he decides to at any time. Customer should be aware that mailing lists are independent of each other. If it decides to unsubscribe from the Seller’s newsletter, it will continue to receive emails about its account, such as order status notifications, password reset messages, and more. If he/she decides that it no longer wants to use the Seller’s store and wishes to remove his/her personal data from the Seller’s database (or if he/she wishes to obtain all personal data associated with his/her account), he/she may send a relevant e -mail at maroussi@kourtis.gr.
The Seller confirms that the personal data provided by the Customer will be processed exclusively for the purpose of selling products and services in the online store www.kourtis.gr for the purpose of analyzing the Seller’s activities and direct marketing, unless the Customer has refuse the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Customer’s personal data to third parties, except executives, employees, associates (in case the Customer wishes to order partner services offered by the Seller’s Online Store) or the added/fulfilling assistants of the Seller providing delivery services or other services related to the proper execution of the Customer’s order. In all other cases, the Customer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Hellenic Republic.
Personal data that has been agreed to be used for direct marketing purposes is stored in an active database and used for three (3) years for direct marketing purposes. After this period, customer data is immediately (automatically) destroyed. Personal data is automatically destroyed by the controller.
The processing of personal data is done in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation of Personal Data Protection (GRPDP 2016/679), any more specific national and European legislation for certain areas, the current Greek legislation for the protection of personal data, as well as for the protection personal data and privacy in the field of electronic communications (Law 3471/2006, as applicable) and the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).
Obligation of Transparency
The Customer has the right to access his personal data, as well as the right to correct or delete incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data via e-mail: maroussi@kourtis.gr or by calling +30 210 8066245. In this case, the Seller must immediately implement the Customer’s request (within 1-2 days). The Customer, if he considers that he is not satisfied with his answer, is informed that he has the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority (Hellenic Data Protection Authority, www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifissias, PC: 11523, Athens).
Change of rules
The data controller has the right to partially or completely replace the Rules, notifying them in the online store of www.kourtis.gr.
The additions or amendments to the Rules come into force from the date of their publication, ie from the day they appear in the online store www.kourtis.gr. If the Customer disagrees with the new version of the Rules, he has the right to deny it in writing. If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the online store after the completion or modification of the Rules, the Customer is considered to have accepted the new version of the Rules.
Presentation and transmission of information
All notifications regarding the processing of personal data are provided to the data controller via e-mail maroussi@kourtis.gr or by post. The answer is provided by the data controller in the same format as the message or claim the Customer has received.
